As a result of the project, guest satisfaction related to internet speed improved significantly. According to survey results, the guest satisfaction score rose from 4.2 to 4.9. Operational processes within the hotel also became more efficient, accelerating management workflows.

With the new Cisco Catalyst infrastructure, network management became easier and the IT team was able to respond faster and more effectively. As a result, both service quality and technical infrastructure reached a modern standard.
