Our secure reporting channel for a trustworthy work culture
At Doğuş Teknoloji, we embrace a work culture built on trust, integrity, respect, and ethical values. To ensure the sustainability of this culture and provide a reliable communication environment for all our stakeholders, we offer various communication channels through which potential Ethical Violations can be reported.
Ethics Hotline is a reporting channel established to enable our employees, customers, and suppliers to securely and confidentially report situations they believe may be contrary to ethical principles.
Through this channel, our aim is not only to identify potential ethical violations, but also to raise ethical awareness, assess potential risks at an early stage, and further strengthen the trustworthiness of our working environment.
How are reports evaluated?
All reports submitted through the Ethics Hotline are evaluated in accordance with the principle of confidentiality.
Individuals submitting a report are not required to disclose their personal information. If desired, evidence or supporting documents related to the report may also be provided.
Reports submitted through the Ethics Hotline are forwarded to our company’s Ethics Committee. The relevant matter is reviewed in accordance with company procedures and from a legal perspective, and the necessary assessments are carried out.
What matters can be reported through the Ethics Hotline?
Situations believed to be contrary to ethical principles, company policies, or our ways of working can be reported through the Ethics Hotline.
