We are aware that there is no single truth in the rapidly changing world and that we all have different needs. We frequently get feedback from our workmates through different channels on identifying the needs.

In parallel with our agile culture, we build our practices and systems so that they will rapidly adapt to the conditions and fulfil the needs of our workmates. While building our processes and working models, we put the feedback we get from our workmates at our centre.

Depending on the nature of our business, we can work from anywhere we wish, independently of the location or city. However, we also provide a work environment where all services are offered uninterruptedly in our offices.

We consider the differences in individual needs. Even though we all have been working in the same place, we know that our lifestyles and priorities are different from each other.  Therefore, we determine our fringe benefits in line with our needs ourselves. Within a corporate roof, we can nourish our entrepreneurial spirit with platforms where we can turn our ideas into products, while continuing our own business.

In an effort to support the personal and professional development of our workmates, we analyse their development needs and the competencies that are required by the sector and changing working conditions, and publish catalogues that house comprehensive professional development, personal development and leadership development trainings every year. Moreover, we also make plans for special training programs in line with the task performed, the competencies required by this task and career journeys.

We have been running the “Instructor Training Program” that will enable our team-mates to transfer the technical knowledge they have to the entire company, and we have been growing the knowledge by sharing it with our tens of Doğuş Technology instructors. We consider every new workmate who joins us as our potential instructors and create opportunities to involve them in the process.

Every year, we provide budget support to all our workmates for their individual training & development that they can use for their development needs such as training (online and in-class), book, magazine subscriptions, training platform subscriptions.

In addition to all these plans, we have been designing training programs that include new working models and performing workshops in the field of professional and leadership development.

We support our team-mates, who are doing PhD, financially, and offer special paid leave to support the education life of the postgraduate and doctoral students.

Within the body of Doğuş Technology , we design different career paths together with our workmates, and continue our work on development opportunities according to new needs.

During the year, we often get together at physical and online activities, Town halls, surprise competitions and development meetings.

We declare a day determined by our team as “Awayday” within the week, and we spend that day with our team-mates, wherever we want, with any activity. We conduct colourful workshops, activities and meetings in our social clubs which are entirely managed by our workmates.

We have fun together; we learn together, and we grow together.
