After 10 years working at the Koç Group, he worked as a senior manager at Telsim for 4 years and Borusan Telekom for 2 years, eventually joining Turkcell in December 2006. In April 2007, İncedayı founded Turkcell Technology and took up the position of CEO, as well as the additional position of Executive Vice President - Products and Services in December 2013. 


He left his position at Turkcell in March 2015 and worked as a Technology Consultant in different companies such as Ekol Logistics, GroupM and United Payment.  


In January 2017, he took on the role of Strategy and Product Executive Vice President at Argela/Netsia. İncedayı, who has been serving as Executive President of Doğuş Technology since February 2018, also serves as CTO of Doğuş Group.

After graduating from Bornova Anatolian High School and Middle East Technical University Department of Mathematics, she started his career as a software developer at the Vakıfbank Information Processing Center in Ankara between 1990 and 1992. She worked as a Systems and Database Manager at the Undersecretariat of Treasury and Foreign Trade where she worked on the World Bank Project (merging the databases and integrating the software of 16 general directorates operating under the Undersecretariat of Treasury and Foreign Trade) from 1992 to 1996 before moving to Istanbul to work in the private sector.  


Between 1996 and 2000, she served as Business Development Executive in Charge of Investment Banking Software at Infina, a company affiliated to Info Holding. After working as a manager at Turkcell for six months in 2000, she joined Doğuş Group as Doğuş Automotive's Information Processing Manager in July 2000. After working at this position for 11 years, she started serving as Executive Vice President in charge of various responsibilities after the establishment of Doğuş Technology in April 2012. After receiving her bachelor's degree from Boğaziçi University Department of Business Administration in 2001, Özge Döner Avşar went on to receive her master's degree in Financial Economics from Bilgi University in 2009.


 She worked as an internal auditor at Doğuş Group between 2001 and 2004. She worked in the public Tansaş Perakende and Doğuş Automotive companies in fields such as CMB and financial reporting, financial control, risk management and investor relations from 2005 to 2009. 


Having served as Chief Financial Officer and later as Executive Vice President at Doğuş Media Group between 2009 and 2016, Özge Döner Avşar has been working as Executive Vice President - Financial and Administrative Affairs and Business Development at Doğuş Technology since February 2016. 


She completed the Adler ICF Accredited Coach Training Program in 2021. She continues her work in Financial and Administrative Affairs, R&D Management, Business Development and Productization.

Since 4 March 2024, she has been working as Assistant General Manager responsible for Talent and Culture at Doğuş Teknoloji.

Mr. Anıldı started his career in the sales team of MNG Bank and then worked as Sales Manager at DG Internet Solutions.


Between 2001 and 2005, he co-founded DNA Internet Solutions Inc. and served as Sales and Marketing Director. Mr. Anıldı continued his career at Gantek Technologies as Sales Manager responsible for Strategic Solutions and Business Partners, focusing on sales of telecommunication solutions for Turkey and CIS countries.


Between 2010 and 2019, he worked as Turkey and Middle East Sales Manager at Experian, and between 2019 and 2022, he worked as Head of Financial Sector Sales at Pegasystems, responsible for Turkey, Middle East and Africa regions. Mr. Anıldı lastly managed all sales activities of IDVerse, an OCR Labs company, in Turkey and the Middle East region.
