At Doğuş Teknoloji, we launched the “GovernX Evolution” program to make our technology infrastructure more sustainable and manageable. Designed in alignment with our strategic goals, this program aims to establish auditable, trackable, and measurable structures.

We announced the launch of our program with a kick-off meeting with our CEO, Semih İncedayı. This meeting marked a significant starting point in ensuring company-wide ownership of the program’s objectives.

Within the scope of GovernX Evolution:

• We are redesigning all of our IT service processes end-to-end.
• We identify the most suitable management tools for these redesigned processes.
• We integrate the selected tools into our existing infrastructure to make our processes more efficient and transparent.

We are not only increasing operational efficiency but also making our decision-making and management mechanisms more trackable. With GovernX Evolution, we are advancing our transformation journey with stronger and more sustainable steps.
