Within the scope of Doğuş 3.0's AI Driven Organization initiative, we held our "AI-DO / Biz Bize AI" event under the theme of "Designing the Future of Work with AI: From Strategy to Daily Life." 

We were delighted to host valued participants from Doğuş Group subsidiaries, alongside our distinguished guests: Doğuş Otomotiv CDO Koray Bebekoğlu, Doğuş Teknoloji CDO Dr. Serhan Yılmaz, and Doğuş Holding CBO Didem Erbatur. 

At the event, we approached AI not merely as a technology, but as a strategic opportunity that transforms business operations, decision-making processes, customer experience, and workplace culture. Together with our guests, we discussed the current impact and future potential of AI in an interactive chat environment. Throughout the conversation, we examined how AI is positioned in business strategies and the changing expectations in next-generation leadership. We also discussed which business models are beginning to transform in the sector, whether the real opportunity in AI transformation lies in efficiency, customer experience, or new business models, and what needs to be considered in this journey regarding corporate culture, human resources, and leadership.
