From 20 Years of Data to Next-Generation Real Estate Intelligence

REIDIN is a pioneering technology company that has provided transaction-level verified data and analytics for the real estate sectors of the United Arab Emirates and Türkiye for more than 20 years. In real estate investment, analyses presented to investment committees or shared with institutional clients must rest on concrete, verifiable data. In the traditional data analytics model, however, data providers offered users dashboards, filtering tools and static templates, while the work of analyzing the data, validating it against other sources and turning it into a final deliverable remained largely with the user.

Doğuş Teknoloji and REIDIN developed a new data and AI architecture to change this model. Built on Anthropic’s Claude models, the architecture turned REIDIN’s reporting capabilities into an autonomous platform that accepts questions in natural language, ensures data traceability and produces final analytical reports. The development was completed through joint engineering work by the Doğuş Teknoloji and REIDIN teams.

From Dashboard to Direct Answers: A Paradigm Shift in Reporting

One of the key limitations of traditional data analytics tools was that they presented the data but left the final synthesis to the user. A real estate consultant preparing a comparative market analysis, or an analyst building a district valuation report for an investment committee, had to analyze indicators one by one, validate them against different sources and write the narrative manually.

This approach created operational inefficiency and repetitive workload, and led to outputs that could vary from person to person.

The intelligent architecture built with Claude models plans data preparation, cross-checks actual transaction data against market dynamics, builds the institutional narrative, and instantly produces final reports both in an interactive interface and as exportable PDFs.

As a result, users can access REIDIN’s 20 years of verified data, supported by advanced language models, and receive structured sector reports that adapt to the flow of the conversation. Instead of navigating menus and manual filters, they can focus directly on the analysis they need.

Today, 12 different enterprise report types are live on the platform.

A Repeatable Production Cycle: From Three Months to Five Days

One of the most tangible results of the transformation was the speed of developing and launching new report templates.

For each new report, the team first created an architectural plan defining the business logic and fallback hierarchy, followed by an operational design that works with real market data. No output was moved to production without passing reliability and accuracy checklists.
