As Doğuş Teknoloji, we aligned Yüce Auto – Škoda’s digital transformation goals with our vision of operational excellence. In this context, we successfully integrated our self-service reporting system DORA, designed to make operational processes more efficient, faster, and sustainable. With this strategic step, we significantly reduced manual workload and established an advanced reporting structure.


Time Savings and Reporting Transformation

One of the company’s critical needs, the “Sales and Stock Information by Delivery” report, was previously prepared through a manual and time-consuming process. Thanks to the DORA integration, these reports are now generated quickly and automatically.


Our system enables users to write their own complex queries and formulas, fostering a culture of independent and efficient data analysis within the organization. As a result:

  • Employees can now generate the reports they need themselves, directly and swiftly meeting the reporting expectations of top management.
  • Personalized data analyses can be conducted by adding new criteria to the reports in line with evolving company needs.
  • Critical decision-making processes have become faster and more accurate, enhancing operational agility.


Data Depth and Rapid Analysis Capability

With the DORA integration, we not only accelerated reporting processes but also transformed the company’s approach to data. Supported by a data warehouse infrastructure, we optimized strategic dashboards and achieved up to 50% improvement in analysis efficiency. By reducing the need to create queries from scratch, we enabled easy customization through pre-built queries. More detailed analyses related to vehicles and customers now directly support strategic planning efforts.
