Are You Ready for the Q-Gen Hackathon Journey?
Explore the boundaries of quantum computing, go beyond the laboratory, and approach real-world problems with "superposition." There are no categories, no limits in this competition. What's important to us is that the project provides a strong answer to at least one of the following questions:
- Does it make a problem solvable with "quantum"? (e.g., Complex logistics, finance)
- Does it have an aspect that directly touches people's lives?
- Does it offer a solution for Sustainability and a Green Future?
- Does it radically improve efficiency in the business world?
Who Can Lead This Digital Revolution?
Our target audience is young minds who are curious about the quantum world, innovative, and love interdisciplinary collaboration!
- University Students: Those continuing undergraduate or graduate studies.
- Young Graduates: Young professionals who have graduated within the last 2 years.
IMPORTANT: Quantum computing experience is not required! What matters to us is your curiosity, your desire to learn, and your courage to approach a problem from different angles.
Application Criteria
- Individual and Team Applications: Individual applications are accepted; we will coordinate with our mentors during the process to help you build your own team.
- Team Structure: Teams of 3–5 people. We especially encourage teams from different disciplines (Software, Physics, Mathematics, Data Analysis, Domain Expertise, etc.).
- Technical Requirements: Basic programming knowledge (Python, etc.) is sufficient. Anyone at a beginner level can apply.
- Evaluation Criteria: Projects will be evaluated considering motivation, technical potential, and team diversity.
Project and Process Requirements
This is not just a competition; it's an opportunity to learn quantum computing hands-on and turn your ideas into reality.
- Phase 1 (ONLINE - Kickoff): A week for meeting mentors, building teams, and shaping project ideas.
- Phase 2 (IN-PERSON - Final): Finalists selected by the technical jury will present their projects to the jury and compete.
