The Future of Marketing Was Discussed at C-Level Club: Data, Artificial Intelligence, and Trust

As Doğuş Teknoloji, we took part in the C Level Club meeting hosted by Marketing Türkiye and Related Digital on June 17 at the Istanbul Museum of Modern Art. The opening speeches of the event were delivered together by Doğuş Teknoloji General Manager Semih İncedayı, Marketing Türkiye Editor-in-Chief Günseli Özen, and Related Digital CSO & COO Emre Avcı. During the opening, it was emphasized that speed, integration, and agile decision-making mechanisms are no longer a choice but a necessity in the era of transformation.


AI agents will undertake 15% of business decisions within three years


Dr. Serhan Yılmaz, Assistant General Manager of Data and AI at Doğuş Teknoloji, evaluated the global transformation in data and the integration of artificial intelligence into business processes during his presentation titled "AI & Data Trends." Yılmaz predicted that AI agents will manage 15% of business decisions and the majority of B2B purchases within three years. He also shared that marketing professionals keep technology and AI at the top of their areas of interest.


The relationship of marketing professionals with technology


The "Understanding Marketing Professionals Research," conducted on behalf of Related Digital, was presented by Akan Abdula, Co-Founder of FutureBright Group. The research revealed the relationship and needs of professionals working in the field of marketing in Türkiye regarding technological solutions.


Autonomous marketing is becoming the new standard of growth


Related Digital Head of Product Ömer Urhan, in his session titled "The New Standard of Growth: Autonomous Marketing," explained that marketing has evolved beyond campaign management into an operating model that makes real-time decisions. Urhan emphasized that in current structures, data is scattered across different systems, decision mechanisms are disconnected, and customer behavior disappears before a real-time response can be generated. Stating that the main obstacle for marketers is not inspiration but fragmented systems and lost time, Urhan expressed that Marketing OS offers a single growth intelligence that directs creative energy directly to business and growth.


Data security in the age of artificial intelligence


The closing speech was delivered by Doğuş Teknoloji Cyber Security Manager Hakan Kaymak. In his speech titled "Data Security in the AI Era," Kaymak pointed out that the root of the problems lies in using AI tools with personal accounts, emphasizing that processing corporate data through personal accounts poses a serious security risk.


Shaped around the axes of data, artificial intelligence, and trust, this meeting sought the future of marketing in the combination of these three elements. As Doğuş Teknoloji, we believe that both data-driven strategies and secure AI usage are at the center of this future.
