NirvANA: First Metal-Collared Employee of Ana Insurance

As Ana Insurance's first robot software program, NirvANA took over repetitive operational processes. Thus, the staff of Ana Insurance used the time advantage created with robots to produce more efficient activities by designing processes that create added value with the digital assistant.

NirvANA has taken over 6 different work processes in 1 year and is all set to work on the upcoming ones. Taking over the management of processes such as consolidating financial reports and providing data for tariff management, automatic processing of financial records into the system, and operating the definitions of commissions on an agency basis, NirvANA contributes to the efficient use of company resources while saving labor. So far, NirvANA has run for 20,000 minutes and successfully completed 350,000 processes.
