“First of all, in order to understand the current situation of ALJ Finans, the data maturity status was determined by taking into account the talent, technology and process dimensions and the data maturity report was prepared. created. Then, a data strategy was developed in line with business goals and strategies. In the third stage, the operating model and processes for data governance were designed in accordance with the structure of ALJ Finans. In the next stage, the most appropriate data architecture was designed to support the data strategy and enable business units to make decisions with data. In the final stage, a data analytics roadmap was created to support automation and future goals.”

• Data Strategy Development: First, data maturity status analysis was conducted to understand ALJ's current data status. This analysis was carried out considering the capability, technology and process dimensions and a data maturity report was created.

• Parallel Data Strategy: A data strategy was developed in line with business objectives and strategies. This strategy will shed light on the ALJ's objectives and a clear roadmap for data management is provided.

• Data Management Design: The operational model and processes for data management were customized and the governance structure of the data was designed in accordance with the organizational structure of the ALJ.

• Creating a Data Architecture: The most appropriate architecture was determined and the data architecture was designed so that business units can make more effective decisions with data.

• Data Analytics Roadmap: Created data analytics roadmap to support automation and future goals.
